One of our signature day trips from Nungwi is the Mnemba Atoll Snorkelingand Dolphin Excursion, a marine adventure that perfectly captures Zanzibar’s underwater magic. Departing in the morning, you’ll sail in a traditional dhow to Mnemba Marine Reserve, where colorful coral gardens await. Equipped with snorkeling gear provided by Top Africa Safari, you’ll swim among schools of tropical fish and, if you’re lucky, spot green sea turtles gliding gracefully nearby. On the way, you’ll also have the chance to see wild dolphins in their natural habitat. After snorkeling, we serve a fresh seafood lunch on a secluded beach before returning to Nungwi in the late afternoon, the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation.
