Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Your group budget safari in Tanzania with one of the top best safari experiences in the world begins early in the morning with a pick-up from your accommodation in Arusha between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM.

From Arusha, you will set out on a scenic journey to Tarangire National Park, famous for its vast landscapes dotted with giant baobab trees and deserted termite mounds. The golden savannah here is alive with massive herds of African elephants, and the distinctive calls of yellow-collared lovebirds echo across the park.

Tarangire’s picturesque scenery is home to a diverse array of wildlife including lions, giraffes, warthogs, ostriches, impalas, cheetahs, mongooses, buffaloes, and playful baboons. After an exciting day of game drives, you will retire to a luxury lodge, where a delicious dinner will be served in the evening.

Mto wa Mbu to Serengeti National Park

Once you've completed your delightful breakfast, you'll set off for Serengeti National Park. Along the way, there’s a chance to spot some unique wildlife as you pass through the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater. As Tanzania’s oldest and most visited national park, the Serengeti is renowned for its annual herd migrations and thriving wildlife population. A picnic lunch wait on one of the rocky outcroppings called kopjes. Your afternoon game drive will take you deeper into the park, and afterward, you'll head to your luxury lodge, where a sumptuous dinner awaits.

Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha

On the final day of our tour (we know—you’ll wish it lasted longer too!), we’ll explore the breathtaking Lake Manyara National Park. After an early breakfast, we set out on a morning game drive, giving us the best chance to spot the famous “Big Five.” Tucked beneath the towering cliffs of the Great Rift Valley escarpment, the park boasts a stunning variety of landscapes, from golden savannah and lush riversides to dense shrubbery. We’ll pause for a picnic lunch in the heart of this incredible wilderness before continuing to discover the rich ecosystem supported by Soda Lake and its surrounding plains. With over 400 bird species—many of them migratory—Lake Manyara is a haven for bird lovers. The park is also known for its unique tree-climbing lions and is home to elephants, buffalo, giraffes, hippos, and graceful antelopes. Later in the afternoon, we’ll depart Manyara and return to Arusha, passing scenic Maasai bomas, ancient baobab trees, and sweeping savannah landscapes, where our safari adventure concludes.

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, begin the day with a morning game drive in Serengeti National Park. Later, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying a picnic lunch en route. The Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera, is a true natural wonder teeming with wildlife. The crater floor is home to nearly 30,000 animals, making it one of the most iconic safari destinations in the world

Ngorongoro Crater to Mto wa Mbu

On the final day of your group luxury safari, rise early for a sunrise descent into the Ngorongoro Crater. The crater’s breathtaking landscape is home to African elephants, buffalo, black rhinos, hippos, hyenas, cheetahs, and lions.

After enjoying a delightful picnic lunch at the Hippo Pool, you will ascend back to the crater rim, capturing your last sweeping views of this natural wonder. From there, begin your scenic 4-hour drive back to Mto wa Mbu, arriving at your preferred location in the late afternoon, around 6:00 PM.
